I’m Nural and I have spent over two decades advocating for fluid, insightful and accessible experience for all.

As a leader within XD, I have experience in delivering high profile products, meeting both businesses and customers’ goals.

My responsibilities have included:
• Owning the experience direction across products for high profile projects
• Leading team which consists of Interaction Experience Designers; UI Designers, Researchers and Copy Writers
• Leading requirements to understand business needs for clients
• Helping to define an end to end strategy which encompasses both digital and the physical
• Defining ways of working within an Agile framework (User story definition/prioritisation, sprint planning, backlog grooming etc)
• Work with stakeholders across departments and seniority
• Responsible for concept generation and modeling
• Optimising conversion and uptake through analytics and usability
• Responsible for project planning, estimation, and provision of design guidance
• Facilitating ideation and co-design workshops
• Carrying out research – both qualitative and quantitative
• Conducting wireframe design and solution prototyping
• Ensuring visual branding and style guides are adhered to
• Conducting detailed accessibility and usability audits against W3C standards for people with sensory, motor or cognitive disabilities
• Presenting concepts and progress to senior stakeholders
• Take on track leadership as well as group facilitation
• Identifying tools templates and techniques that evolve existing approaches
• Leading on new business proposals and sales pitches
